Transparent Search Group is seeking a dedicated Senior Quality Manager to lead our manufacturing plant's quality and regulatory compliance efforts. The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of QA management experience in manufacturing, with a focus on dairy and familiarity with the Pasteurized Milk Ordinance (PMO).

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Develop and implement preventative quality systems and ensure compliance with established policies.

- Oversee quality testing for ingredients and finished products, ensuring all specifications are met.

- Train and develop operators on quality standards and procedures.

- Handle customer complaints effectively, providing analytical results in a timely manner.

- Collaborate with sales and plant personnel to address quality trends, issues, and opportunities.

- Prepare and manage the laboratory budget, identifying opportunities for cost reduction and margin improvement.

- Conduct internal, vendor, and contract manufacturing audits to maintain high standards.

- Manage off-spec materials, including scheduling and reworking as necessary.

- Ensure all activities comply with company, state, federal, and international safety and regulatory policies.

**Qualifications:**

- Bachelor's Degree in Life Science or a related field.

- Strong knowledge of laboratory testing procedures and computer software applications.
