Job Summary:

We are seeking a qualified Adjunct Professor of Plumbing to teach courses in plumbing at Collin College. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and delivering coursework in engaging, innovative, and discipline-appropriate ways that reflect a commitment to the college's core values, an understanding of culturally responsive teaching, and knowledge of the teaching field.

Responsibilities:
  • Teach courses in accordance with the schedule of classes and follow the approved course descriptions and syllabi established by the Division faculty and administered by the associate dean/director.
  • Teaching assignments may be on one or more of the college's campuses or off-site locations and may include evening and weekend programs.
  • May include Dual Credit courses.
Requirements:
  • Associate's degree in discipline/qualifying field, OR hold current licensure as a Journeyman Plumber in the state of Texas.
  • Teaching experience is desired.
