About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Anesthesia Technician Supervisor to join our team at Children's Wisconsin. As a key member of our operating room leadership team, you will be responsible for the daily operations and supervision of the Anesthesia Technicians and Operative Service Assistants.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of Anesthesia Technicians and Operative Service Assistants
  • Ensure the proper functioning of equipment and supplies in the operating room
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve patient care and safety
  • Collaborate with leaders and staff to resolve complex clinical, systems, and personnel problems
  • Lead, motivate, and evaluate the performance of team members
Requirements
  • Associate Degree in Anesthesia Technology or related field
  • ASATT Certification or successful completion of ASATT certification
  • CPR certification and Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers
  • Five years of clinical Anesthesia Technician and/or Biomedical experience
  • Previous supervisory experience preferred
