Senior Attorney/Partner

We are a leading law firm seeking a highly experienced Senior Attorney/Partner with a strong background in employment litigation to join our team. Our ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in defending employment-related cases and a deep understanding of the complexities of labor and employment law.
Key Responsibilities:- Defend clients in employment-related litigation, including professional liability, securities litigation, and labor and employment cases
- Develop and implement effective defense strategies to achieve favorable outcomes for clients
- Collaborate with colleagues to provide exceptional client service and achieve business objectives
- Stay up-to-date on changes in employment law and regulations, and apply this knowledge to inform defense strategies
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
- Admission to the California bar and in good standing
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in employment defense
- Strong legal research and writing skills, with the ability to draft and review legal documents accurately and efficiently
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and team members
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple cases and meet tight deadlines
