About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Planning and Analysis Manager to join our team at Johnson Controls International. As a key member of our finance team, you will play a critical role in driving business results through data-driven insights and financial planning.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain financial models to support business planning and decision-making.
  • Prepare and analyze financial reports, including budgets, forecasts, and variance analyses.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to enhance financial efficiency and accuracy.
  • Provide financial guidance and support to operational teams, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Analyze complex business problems and develop recommendations to drive business growth and improvement.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including Controllership and Cash teams.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in financial planning and analysis.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting.
  • 5+ years of progressive financial experience in business planning and analysis.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.
  • Experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power BI, Flows, and Power Apps.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • MBA and CMA/CPA certifications preferred.
