About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Planning and Analysis Manager to join our team at Johnson Controls International. As a key member of our Sustainable Infrastructure (SI) Management Team, you will play a critical role in driving business results through data-driven insights and actionable reporting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Planning and Analysis
    • Assist the SI Finance Director in developing and implementing financial plans and strategies to drive business growth.
    • Manage the preparation of annual budgets, outlooks, and long-range financial plans.
    • Develop and maintain financial models to analyze business performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Reporting and Insights
    • Prepare monthly financial package deliverables to North America FPA and SI Leadership teams.
    • Review key daily/monthly financial results and business metrics for the Area and identify future opportunities for improvement and barriers to achieving financial objectives.
  • Business Partnership
    • Partner with Controllership and Cash teams to drive insights and process updates.
    • Drive improvements in financial processes and reporting to improve efficiency and accuracy.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting.
  • Experience
    • 5+ years of progressive financial experience in all aspects of business control.
  • Skills
    • Experience with Microsoft Power Platform – Power BI, Flows, and Power Apps.
    • Excellent analytical and interpersonal skills with strong problem-solving capabilities.
    • Familiarity with IT systems as they relate to financial functions and operational areas.
