Automotive Sales Professional Opportunity

A-1 Toyota is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Automotive Sales Professional to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have several years of experience selling automotive service work in either a dealership or high-volume auto center. A proven track record of success in sales and customer satisfaction is essential.

Responsibilities:

  • Set appointments with customers and confirm them in a timely manner
  • Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
  • Determine vehicle needs based on customer information and a vehicle walk-around
  • Use a consultative selling process to assist customers in planning for ongoing required maintenance of their vehicle
  • Produce repair orders for customers with full transparency, including cost and time estimates
  • Communicate with technicians and parts associates to ensure timely completion of work
  • Follow up with customers on the status of their vehicle
  • Set and achieve targeted sales goals
  • Provide an exceptional customer experience to drive loyalty

Salary: The estimated salary for this position is $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience.
