Key Responsibilities

  • Perform Comprehensive Care: Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), monitor vital signs, and coordinate rehabilitation schedules to promote optimal patient outcomes.
  • Offer a Welcoming Presence: Create a warm and welcoming atmosphere by receiving and escorting visitors, enhancing the overall patient experience.
  • Deliver Customer Service Excellence: Provide top-notch service to residents, families, and colleagues, fostering a positive and supportive environment.
  • Manage Medications Precisely: Administer medications safely and accurately, adhering to established protocols and guidelines.
  • Maintain Infection Control: Follow established protocols for a clean and safe environment, preventing the spread of infections and promoting a healthy workplace.
  • Report Changes Promptly: Alert appropriate personnel to signs of condition changes, ensuring timely interventions and optimal patient care.
  • Communicate Effectively: Exchange information with healthcare teams to ensure quality patient care and promote a collaborative work environment.
  • Prioritize Tasks: Manage activities based on current care needs, prioritizing tasks to ensure efficient and effective patient care.
  • Document Accurately: Maintain accurate and compliant documentation, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration among healthcare teams.
Requirements
  • Active CNA License: Possess an active Certified Nursing Assistant license, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • CPR or BLS Certification: Hold current CPR or BLS certification, demonstrating a commitment to patient safety and well-being.
  • Recent Physical and TB Tests: Have completed recent physical and TB tests, ensuring a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Driver's License or State ID: Possess a valid driver's license or state ID, facilitating travel to assigned facilities.
  • Minimum 6 Months CNA Experience: Have a minimum of 6 months of Certified Nursing Assistant experience, demonstrating a strong foundation in patient care and support.
