Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and uphold a Quality Management System (QMS) that aligns with IATF 16949 standards.
  • Oversee Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) for the development of new products and processes.
  • Manage the Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) to fulfill customer specifications.
  • Perform root cause investigations and execute corrective measures.
  • Lead initiatives for continuous improvement in processes.
  • Create and implement quality control procedures to assess production and product standards.
  • Work collaboratively with various teams to address complex challenges.
  • Remain informed about industry advancements and compliance regulations.
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in Quality Engineering.
  • Familiarity with Quality Control methodologies, APQP, and PPAP.
  • Proven problem-solving abilities and experience in root cause analysis.
  • Capability to spearhead process enhancement initiatives.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent analytical abilities and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
