Key Responsibilities:- Establish and uphold a Quality Management System (QMS) that aligns with IATF 16949 standards.
- Oversee Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) for the development of new products and processes.
- Manage the Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) to fulfill customer specifications.
- Perform root cause investigations and execute corrective measures.
- Lead initiatives for continuous improvement in processes.
- Create and implement quality control procedures to assess production and product standards.
- Work collaboratively with various teams to address complex challenges.
- Remain informed about industry advancements and compliance regulations.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in Quality Engineering.
- Familiarity with Quality Control methodologies, APQP, and PPAP.
- Proven problem-solving abilities and experience in root cause analysis.
- Capability to spearhead process enhancement initiatives.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent analytical abilities and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
