Key Responsibilities:

  • Counsel and support family members, providing them with the necessary information and resources.
  • Participate in regular team meetings to discuss resident care and develop effective care plans.
Requirements:
  • Completed training as a geriatric nurse, health and nursing care nurse, or nursing specialist.
  • Professional experience is preferred, but career starters and returnees are also welcome and will be supported by our team.
  • No reservations about digital documentation and a passion for the nursing profession.
