Job Summary

We are seeking highly qualified Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our team of healthcare professionals. As a CNA with The Master Caregiver Company, LLC., you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, providing non-skilled care and support to help them maintain their independence and quality of life.

Responsibilities
  • Provide non-skilled care to clients in their homes, communities, and facilities, including assistance with daily living activities, personal care, and household tasks.
  • Work collaboratively with our team of healthcare professionals to develop and implement personalized care plans that meet the unique needs of each client.
  • Conduct thorough assessments of clients' needs and preferences to ensure that care is delivered in a way that respects their autonomy and dignity.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination and transitions.
  • Participate in ongoing training and education to stay up-to-date on best practices in home health care and to enhance your skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • CNA certification in good standing.
  • At least 5 years of professional caregiving experience.
  • Pass a full background screening, including criminal, drug, DMV, and Covid-19 checks.
  • Complete an extended application form after initial application.
Benefits
  • $15.00/hour starting pay, increasing to $18.00/hour after probationary period.
  • Bonus paid after passing probationary period and yearly at anniversary review.
