Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Phlebotomist III- Float to join our team at TalentBurst. As a Phlebotomist III- Float, you will be responsible for representing our company to patients, drawing quality blood samples, and preparing specimens for lab testing. You will work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple priorities and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect blood samples from patients in a safe and accurate manner.
  • Prepare specimens for lab testing, ensuring they meet quality and regulatory standards.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, creating an atmosphere of trust and confidence with patients.
  • Work effectively in a team environment, collaborating with colleagues to achieve goals.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.


Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Five years of phlebotomy experience, including pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections.
  • Minimum three years of experience in a Patient Service Center or In-Office Phlebotomy environment.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple priorities.
