Responsibilities:- Developing and implementing safety programs to ensure adherence to health, safety, and transportation regulations.
- Analyzing safety performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Conducting incident investigations to determine root causes and implement corrective actions.
- Managing compliance training programs to ensure frontline staff understand and follow safety protocols.
The ideal candidate will have strong regulatory knowledge (OSHA, DOT, DEC, etc.) and experience in the sanitation industry. Bilingual communication skills and proficiency in safety compliance software are also preferred.
