  • Assist the Plant Maintenance Manager in planning, directing, and controlling all plant maintenance functions to ensure optimal production quantity and quality.
  • Coordinate and supervise daily maintenance tasks, including troubleshooting, preventive and corrective maintenance, and improvement projects.
  • Lead a team of maintenance technicians, fostering a collaborative work environment that encourages continuous improvement and innovative problem-solving.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety and environmental regulations, promoting a culture of safety among the maintenance team and the broader plant personnel.
  • Utilize PLCs for troubleshooting and improving plant automation and control systems.
  • Develop and implement maintenance procedures, ensuring adherence to these procedures to minimize downtime and enhance operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to optimize plant performance and meet organizational objectives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a maintenance leadership role within a manufacturing environment.
  • Proven experience in electrical maintenance, hydraulics, pneumatics, mechanics, and PLCs.
  • Strong leadership skills with a demonstrated ability to lead a team, supervise personnel, and manage resources effectively.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a strong focus on quality and attention to detail.
  • Solid understanding of safety regulations and environmental standards applicable to a manufacturing plant.
  • Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively and build strong relationships across all levels of the organization.
  • Proficiency in using computer software for maintenance management and reporting.
