Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Research Assistant to join our team at Clutch Biotechnologies. As a Research Assistant, you will be responsible for conducting DNA cloning tasks, utilizing specialized software for DNA construction, and maintaining client biorepositories.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute molecular biology protocols with a focus on DNA cloning, including Golden Gate cloning, PCR, agarose gel electrophoresis, and basic microbiological techniques.
  • Collaborate with team members to support research projects, share insights, and contribute to a positive and productive work environment.
  • Assist in preparing media, pouring plates, and maintaining an organized inventory of reagent stocks.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in molecular biology techniques, specifically DNA cloning (Golden Gate cloning), PCR, and agarose gel electrophoresis.
