Oncology Care Coordinator

i4 Search Group is hiring a highly skilled Radiation Therapist to join our team in Southwest, Colorado. As a Radiation Therapist, you will play a critical role in the oncology department, working closely with patients to provide high-quality care.
About the JobIn this full-time position, you will:
- Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with radiation oncologists.
- Perform radiation treatments according to prescription and instruction.
- Prepare rooms and educate patients on their treatment plans.
- Review and maintain accurate patient records.
- Maintain continuing education requirements.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives.

RequirementsTo be considered for this role, you must have:
- Training in an AMA-approved school of radiation therapy.
- Radiologic technologist certification by the American Registry within an acceptable timeframe.
- Experience working as a radiation therapist (a plus).
- Proficiency in medical imaging equipment.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- The ability to empathize with patients while remaining professional.
