Job Overview

HumCap, Inc. is seeking an experienced Contract Staffing Sales Professional to join our team in the DFW area. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for expanding our client base with contract staffing accounts in the region and beyond.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Business Development: Identify and target potential clients seeking contract staffing solutions in various industries.
  • Research Market Trends: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, labor market dynamics, and changes in regulations affecting contract staffing.
  • Lead Generation: Generate leads through cold-calling, networking, attending industry events, and utilizing online platforms.
  • Sales Pipeline Management: Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline to consistently meet or exceed sales targets.

Benefits:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, human resources, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 5+ years of proven sales/business development experience in place of a degree will be considered.
  • Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex-based candidates strongly preferred.

Estimated Salary Range: $80,000 - $120,000 per year.
