About the Role
At TE Connectivity, we're seeking a highly skilled Quality Engineer to join our team. As a Quality Engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our products.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement quality control systems to ensure compliance with customer and contractual requirements.
- Analyze product and production systems to identify areas for improvement.
- Design and recommend revisions to quality control systems and processes.
- Conduct analysis on relative reliability with regards to cost, structure, weight, maintainability, facility of production, and availability of materials and equipment.
- Develop and implement company environmental safety programs and policies to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
- Recommend corrective actions to ensure compliance with applicable government regulations and industry requirements.
Requirements
- 3 or more years of experience in Quality or Reliability Engineering.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, Quality, or a related technical field.
- Demonstrated expertise in quality tools, practices, and procedures.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Working knowledge of ISO 9000, and preferably AS9100.
- MILSPEC preferred.
- Testing and reporting requirements.
- Plating process knowledge.
- FAI inspection experience.
- Process control knowledge.
- Ability to use testing and measurement equipment.
- Successfully worked in a team environment assisting various departments requiring consistent quality assurance systems to succeed.
- Ability to influence and drive cross-functional teamwork and work well with internal and external customers and other cultures.
- Highly Desirable: Knowledge & experience in acceptance and reliability testing of connectors or similar devices.

Compensation and Benefits
Competitive base salary commensurate with experience: $111,160 (subject to change dependent on physical location)
Total Compensation = Base Salary + Incentive(s) + Benefits
