As a pivotal member of our engineering group, you will engage in the design and development of advanced test equipment for missile systems, specifically focusing on the Next Gen Interceptor (NGI) Program.

Key Responsibilities:


In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Leading the research, design, and development of electrical ground support equipment for various electronic systems, including avionics and communication devices.
  • Designing electronic hardware, incorporating signal conditioning equipment, and interfacing with commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) instrumentation for comprehensive testing.
  • Overseeing the integration of hardware and software for system-level testing and validation.
Qualifications:

To be successful in this position, candidates should possess:
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in designing and developing Electrical Ground Support Equipment through all stages of the product lifecycle.
  • Active DoD Interim Secret clearance or higher, with U.S. citizenship required.
Preferred Skills:

Ideal candidates will also have:
  • Experience as a Test Conductor or Test Director in missile electrical testing.
  • Knowledge of automated test systems and hardware-in-the-loop (HWIL) design.
  • Familiarity with LabVIEW and experience in developing automated test procedures.
