Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate construction activities

  • Oversee document management (RFIs, submittals, change orders, claims, etc.)
  • Procure construction materials
  • Conduct quality control and assurance checks
  • Provide weekly progress documentation
  • Manage construction equipment
  • Ensure safety compliance
  • Estimate project costs for change orders, RFIs, etc.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.

  • Degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineering is preferred
  • Familiarity with construction management software is advantageous
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
  • Strong follow-up skills
  • Capability to build and maintain relationships
  • Self-motivated and disciplined
  • Critical thinking and decision-making abilities
