This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong communication skills, commercial boiler knowledge, and exceptional customer service acumen. You will spearhead initiatives to drive annual sales goals, foster connections with clients, and provide thoughtful recommendations for designs, improvements, and upgrades.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of proven outside sales experience with capital equipment or parts, commercial boiler experience, and proficiency with Microsoft programs. The salary for this position is estimated to be around $80,000 - $100,000 per year, based on industry standards and location.

Key Responsibilities
  • Spearhead initiatives to drive annual sales goals and uncover new opportunities by fostering and nurturing connections with clients, business partners, and contractors.
  • Dive into the details of steam and hot water systems to provide thoughtful recommendations for designs, improvements, and upgrades.

Requirements
  • At least 5 years of proven outside sales experience with capital equipment or parts.
  • Commercial Boiler experience with an HVAC or Business Management Degree is strongly preferred.
  • Computer proficiency with programs such as Microsoft.
  • Exceptional customer service acumen and professional communication skills.
  • Ability to manage time and handle competing priorities while ensuring accuracy.
