Key Responsibilities:
  • Gather pricing information from subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors
  • Evaluate labor, material expenses, and time allocations
  • Compile cost estimates and analytical reports
  • Foster relationships with contractors and suppliers
  • Identify new business opportunities
  • Oversee bid data and cost analysis documentation
Required Qualifications:

EDUCATION: Associate's Degree in Business, Construction Management, or Engineering is required; Bachelor's Degree is preferred.

EXPERIENCE: Minimum of 5 years in surveying and site construction.

TECHNICAL SKILLS: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (mandatory), Bluebeam Revu.
