• Arrive early, dressed in uniform, and be ready to engage with guests.
• Spread positivity and enthusiasm among coworkers and guests.
• Develop a deep understanding of our games and host guests with expertise.
• Meet daily sales targets while providing exceptional customer service.
• Handle cash transactions efficiently and accurately.
• Operate games within your training and ensure park employees stay involved.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• Communicate effectively with your supervisor and colleagues.
• Report incidents and maintain confidentiality.
• Be flexible and adapt to changing situations.

• A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, but previous experience in customer-facing roles is highly valued.

• Lift, carry, and handle up to 25 pounds with ease.
• Stand for long periods, walk on various surfaces, and be prepared for outdoor work in all weather conditions.

• Be willing to learn and adapt to new skills and situations.
• Prioritize tasks and work independently.
• Communicate effectively and maintain a positive attitude.

• Adhere to company, state, and federal regulations at all times.
• Wear personal protective equipment (PPE) when necessary.
