Job Summary: As a Games Associate, you'll be the heart and soul of the gaming experience, ensuring both safety and excitement for our guests. Your mission? To lead guests through thrilling games of skill while hitting daily sales targets with a smile.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Arrive 30 minutes early, dressed in uniform and ready to dazzle.
• Spread positivity among coworkers and guests alike.
• Be the ultimate game guru, enticing guests to join in and hosting them as they play.
• Master the art of game sales, hitting those daily sales goals with finesse.
• Handle cash like a pro, following proper procedures and counting it out at the start and end of each shift.
• Stick to games you're trained to operate and ensure park employees stay on the sidelines.
• Keep it clean Maintain a tidy workspace and steer clear of holding or watching guest property.
• Keep the lines of communication open with your Games Supervisor, especially for tricky situations like lost items or negative guest interactions.
• In case of accidents, report to your supervisor and keep mum with the public.
• Stay flexible and tackle any other tasks as needed.

Experience:

• While a high school diploma or GED is a plus, previous experience performing in front of groups is even better.

Physical Requirements:

• Flex those muscles Lift, carry, and handle up to 25 lbs. with ease.
• Stay nimble with frequent bending, stretching, and reaching.
• Keep on your toes with long periods of standing and walking on various surfaces, rain or shine.
• Be ready for varied hours, including potential 12-hour shifts, and work outdoors in all weather conditions.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Take the lead with prioritization and independent work.
