We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Debt Recovery Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for recovering outstanding debts on client accounts while providing a positive consumer experience.
Key Responsibilities- Communicate with consumers via phone to negotiate repayment of debts
- Conduct basic skiptracing to locate consumers
- Maintain a professional demeanor and support a positive consumer experience in all interactions
- Accurately enter data into database and tracking system
- Review consumer files and maintain confidentiality
