About the Role:

As a Catheterization Laboratory Registered Nurse with TotalMed Staffing, you will provide specialized care in the Catheterization Laboratory. This role involves assisting in procedures, monitoring patients, and ensuring safety and efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in cardiac catheterization procedures by preparing patients and operating equipment.
• Assist physicians during procedures by administering medications and monitoring vital signs.
• Maintain a sterile field and ensure adherence to infection control protocols during catheterization lab procedures.
• Monitor patients' post-procedure recovery, assess for complications, and provide post-procedure education and support.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure safe and effective patient care in the catheterization laboratory.

Requirements:

• Current RN license
• BLS (Other Certifications as required by facility)
• 2 years of recent Catheterization Laboratory experience.
• Strong communication and adaptability skills.
