Job Title: Customer Service Team Lead

HEICO is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Cross-Functional Leader to join our team as a Customer Service Team Lead. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing the daily activities of the customer service team, ensuring seamless execution of tasks, and driving process improvements.

We are looking for a results-driven professional with a strong background in customer service management to lead our team. Responsibilities:
• Manage the day-to-day activities of the customer service team, including task assignment, workflow optimization, and performance metrics tracking.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to ensure alignment on customer service strategies, goals, and initiatives.
• Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, productivity, and quality standards.
• Foster a culture of transparency, open communication, and constructive feedback within the team.
• Provide coaching, guidance, and development opportunities to team members to help them grow professionally and personally.

Requirements:
• 2+ years of experience in customer service management or a related field.
• Proven track record of successfully leading cross-functional teams and driving process improvements.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
