Job Overview

At Care Michigan, we are seeking a skilled Case Manager to join our team. As a Case Manager, you will play a vital role in providing case management assistance and support to individuals who have been injured and/or disabled due to work-related accidents.

Your primary responsibilities will include attending physician appointments, taking notes, and reporting findings.
