Job Overview

At Care Michigan, we are seeking a skilled Case Manager to join our team. As a Case Manager, you will play a vital role in providing case management assistance and support to individuals who have been injured and/or disabled due to work-related accidents.

Your primary responsibilities will include attending physician appointments, taking notes, and reporting findings. You will also be responsible for writing summaries of encounters, logging activity, and coordinating schedules of follow-up appointments.
