- Prepare and maintain dental instruments and equipment, adhering to strict sterilization and infection control protocols.
- Expose and develop dental radiographs, following state regulations and Dental Department directives.
- Perform delegated procedures, maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Maintain a clean and organized operatory, adhering to Dental Department protocols and center policies.
- Assist with patient flow, ensuring timely and efficient treatment.
- Participate in health promotion and disease prevention activities, both on-site and off-site.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least one year of experience in a dental office setting.
- Certified Dental Assistant (CDA) certification preferred.
- Radiation Safety certification required.
- Coronal polishing certification.
- Able to travel between clinics as required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
