Cardiology Consultants of Philadelphia Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Patient Care Representative to join our team at our Paoli, PA location.

The successful candidate will have experience in a medical office setting and possess excellent communication skills. They will be responsible for scheduling tests and follow-up appointments, reviewing instructions for studies, entering charges, and providing exceptional patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Schedule tests and follow-up appointments as patients depart the office
  • Review instructions for studies scheduled with patients
  • Enter charges during downtime or as patients leave
  • Confirm appointments with patients via phone calls
  • Direct and receive patients upon arrival
  • Verify demographics, insurance, and PCP information at check-in
  • Collect co-pays from patients
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management

Requirements:

  • Must have prior experience working in a medical office environment
  • Strong knowledge of various insurance providers
  • Multitasking abilities to efficiently manage multiple responsibilities
  • Proficiency in computer systems and software applications
  • Experience with electronic medical record systems is a plus
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Compensation Package:

The estimated salary for this position is $45,000 - $55,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. Additionally, you will be entitled to a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, vision, dental, 401k, profit sharing, LTD, generous PTO, and paid holiday time.
