Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Patient Care Representative to join our Paoli, PA location. As a Customer Service Liaison for Cardiology Care, you will be responsible for scheduling tests and appointments, reviewing instructions with patients, and ensuring seamless check-in processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • ">
  • Schedule tests and follow-up appointments as patients leave the office">
  • Review instructions for studies scheduled with patients">
  • Enter charges as the patient is leaving, as well as during downtime">
  • Call patients to confirm appointments">
  • Receive, greet, and direct patients">
  • Verify demographics, insurance, and PCP information at time of check-in">
  • Collect co-pays">
  • Other duties as assigned">

Requirements

">

To succeed in this role, you must have experience in a medical office setting, knowledge of different insurance providers, and the ability to multitask. Computer skills and experience with EMR systems are highly desirable.

Benefits

">

We offer a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $55,000 per year, plus benefits including medical, vision, dental, 401k, profit sharing, LTD, generous PTO, and paid holiday time.

Please note that this position is eligible for a $500 sign-on bonus, payable within 30 days of your start date. If you terminate your employment or are terminated for cause within six months, you may be required to repay the full amount of the bonus.
