Work Schedule: Monday - Saturday

Shifts available between 6:00 am - 9:00 pm

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and execute menu items according to established recipes
  • Pay attention to detail in food preparation to meet recipe specifications
  • Assist the kitchen team in ensuring the aesthetic presentation of dishes
  • Exhibit proper knife handling techniques and adhere to kitchen safety protocols
  • Maintain a clean and sanitized workspace
  • Comply with health and safety regulations
  • Wash dishes and kitchen equipment as required
  • Follow recipes and presentation standards for food and beverage offerings
  • Demonstrate punctuality and consistent attendance
  • Foster a positive team atmosphere
Qualifications:
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Certification in food handling
  • TABC certification is advantageous
  • Availability to work weekends and evenings
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Successful completion of background and drug screening
Physical demands for this role include: Regularly standing, walking, using hands for various tasks, reaching, and communicating. Occasionally sitting, climbing, balancing, and performing movements such as kneeling or crouching may be required. The ability to lift and/or move up to 40 pounds is essential.
