Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Cafe Associate to join our team at Sam's Club. As a Cafe Associate, you will be responsible for preparing and serving food to our members, maintaining a clean and organized workspace, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

* Prepare and serve food to members, including sandwiches, salads, and other menu items
* Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the cafe area and surrounding spaces
* Provide exceptional customer service, including greeting members, answering questions, and resolving issues
* Collaborate with other team members to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals

Requirements

* 18 years of age or older
* Food Service experience preferred
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
* Excellent communication and customer service skills

Hourly Wage Range

The hourly wage range for this position is $17.00 to $24.00.

Additional Compensation

Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
