Job Summary

Community Health Network is seeking a dedicated and compassionate School Registered Nurse Ambulatory to provide exceptional care to students in Franklin Township Community School Corporation. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality health services, promoting healthy habits, and supporting the education process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide health services to students, including chronic health issue management and health education.
  • Collaborate with teachers and staff to identify health needs and develop strategies for student success.
  • Develop and implement health education programs to promote healthy habits and overall well-being.
  • Work closely with parents and guardians to ensure seamless communication and care coordination.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest nursing practices and research to provide evidence-based care.
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
  • Licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Indiana.
  • One year or more of nursing experience, with a focus on pediatric care.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
