Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Construction Project Manager to oversee daily operations, schedule subcontractors, and ensure quality work performance on our residential/apartment construction projects.

This high-energy position requires an individual with strong communication, organization, and leadership skills, as well as excellent computer experience. The successful candidate will be able to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversight of daily operations, scheduling, and coordination of subcontractors and crew members
  • Review and approval of project activities, work equipment, and sites to ensure adherence to company standards and OSHA regulations
  • Communication with clients, vendors, and team members to ensure project synchronization and resolution of conflicts or issues
  • Delegation of tasks and responsibilities to crew members based on their capabilities and project requirements
  • Initial job walks to verify scope, create material lists, and read blueprints
  • Punch list creation, assignment, and completion, as well as final walk-throughs
  • Scheduling laborers and coordinating with Superintendents and City Inspectors
  • Collaboration with Project Coordinators/Office to review schedules, job status, and documentation

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in a supervisory/foreman position, with a proven track record of managing residential/apartment construction projects. A self-starter with excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills is required, along with the ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

A strong computer experience, including proficiency in Word, Excel, and Google, is essential, as is the ability to work in high-stress conditions and quickly changing environments. Additionally, good physical condition and stamina, as well as the ability to lift 50+ lbs, are necessary for this role.

Salary: $85,000 - $110,000 per year
