Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Support fleet managers and operations personnel with administrative tasks and various support activities.
  • Monitor load tracking and status updates.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, including delivery and pick-up appointment coordination.
  • Perform administrative duties to assist full-time staff.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, drivers, and dispatchers throughout the day.
  • Participate in ongoing training as directed by management.
  • Embody Prime's Company Core Values.
  • Assist with related tasks as required.
Requirements and Qualifications

We seek a motivated individual enrolled in a 4-year college or university with a major in Supply Chain Management or a related field.

Qualifications include:

  • Basic knowledge of the trucking/transportation industry (not required).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and conflict resolution abilities.
  • Ability to multitask in a dynamic environment.
  • Proficient in Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Flexible schedule with a minimum commitment of 25-30 hours per week.
Work Environment

The majority of the work will be done indoors in a general office environment with regulated heating and cooling.

We require a commitment of at least two consecutive semesters.
