Job Summary:The LPN Medication Technician is responsible for providing high-quality care and services to our residents by administering medication and treatments in a safe and organized manner.
Responsibilities:- Administer medications and treatments to residents in accordance with their individualized care plans.
- Document medication administration and any changes to resident care plans.
- Conduct Service and Health Updates as directed by the Resident Care Director.
- Participate in the development and implementation of Individualized Service Plans (ISPs) and Individualized Care Plans (ICPs).
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure residents receive high-quality care and services.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of resident care and services.
- Report any concerns or issues related to resident care or services to the Resident Care Director.
- LPN licensure in the state of employment.
- Previous experience working with seniors and administering medications.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
