Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare, review, and analyze financial documents, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements, ensuring adherence to GAAP and company policies.
  • General Ledger Oversight: Manage and supervise general ledger accounts, including account reconciliations and resolving discrepancies.
  • Cost Management: Analyze cost structures, including inventory and product costing, and assist in budgeting and forecasting to enhance cost control.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline. CPA or CMA certification is preferred.
  • A minimum of 5 years of accounting experience, including at least 2 years in a senior or managerial capacity within a manufacturing context.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and cost accounting.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle) and advanced skills in MS Excel.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, capable of collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams and presenting financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
