Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Speech Language Pathologist Assistant to join our team at Soliant. This role will involve working with students in pre-K through 12th grade, assessing and implementing individualized therapy plans to improve their communication skills.

About the Role:

  • Assessment and Intervention: Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify speech and language disorders and develop targeted intervention plans.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with teachers, support staff, and parents to integrate speech and language goals into students' educational plans.
  • Case Load Management: Manage a moderate caseload of diverse students with varying communication needs.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed records of assessments, progress, and treatment plans in accordance with regulatory standards.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field
  • Valid Maryland SLPA license
