We are seeking a highly skilled Charge Nurse to join our Med-Surg Ortho team at Pine Ridge Physicians Regional Health System. As a Charge Nurse, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the work activities of our professional and technical staff.
Key Responsibilities- Organize and coordinate department activities through effective assignment of responsibilities and delegation of authority.
- Provide direction and motivation to assigned personnel, ensuring operational efficiency and adherence to policies and procedures.
- Monitor and evaluate systems and processes, initiating changes and improvements as necessary.
- Ensure quality assurance standards are followed, and quality control tests are performed as required.
- Communicate effectively with administration, medical staff, employees, and other departments to coordinate efforts and address problems or concerns.
- FL RN License
- BLS and ACLS Certifications
- Minimum Two (2) years' experience in an acute care setting
