Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess vehicles upon arrival and relay service requirements to customers.
  • Prepare work orders and warranty documentation in accordance with established protocols.
  • Monitor vehicle progress and serve as the main contact for customers and sales personnel.

  • Collaborate with service management, parts, warranty, and accounting teams.
