- Coordinates schedules, visitors, telephone calls, meetings, deadlines, and presentations to ensure seamless execution.
- Maintains executive office calendar and oversees scheduling for meetings and events.
- Schedules travel arrangements and coordinates management meetings and conferences.
- Attends board and management meetings, maintains minutes, and prepares subsequent correspondence.
- Prepares and distributes written communications, reports, and presentation materials.
- Monitors financial information and prepares data for review.
- May supervise administrative staff and provide input to performance management.
