About the Role:

As a CBRE Workplace Experience Coordinator, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to employees and guests of a designated building.

This role is part of the Workplace Experience function, which provides world-class customer service to clients and visitors of a designated building.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide a warm and welcoming experience to all visitors and employees, ensuring a positive first impression.
  • Manage visitor and parking passes, and follow security protocols.
  • Answer phone calls in a professional manner and create presentations for various-sized groups.
  • Arrange and confirm recreational, dining, and business activities on behalf of requestors.
  • Manage janitorial or maintenance work orders as needed, and coordinate workplace services including mail and office supply services.
  • Provide solutions to inquiries or complaints from employees, guests, and coworkers in a professional customer service-driven manner.
  • Organize and manage on-site events, including securing event space, setup, and teardown, and delivery of supplies.
  • Follow property-specific security and emergency procedures, and notify appropriate parties to ensure the safety of all individuals in the building.
  • Coordinate with vendors who supply services or goods to the workplace.
  • Communicate complex information to the team and follow specific directions from management.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or GED with up to 2 years of job-related experience.
  • Ability to follow basic work routines and standards in the application of work.
  • Strong communication skills to exchange straightforward information.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset.
