Palliative Care Registered Nurse

Pinnacle Home Hospice Services is seeking a dedicated Full-Time Registered Nurse for a Hospice RN role within the home health environment. The RN Case Manager will oversee a caseload of patients receiving palliative and hospice care, acting as the clinical liaison with a nearby medical facility.
Flexibility and Autonomy:This role provides significant flexibility, allowing the nurse to coordinate their schedule directly with patients. This autonomy enables you to determine your start and end times, accommodating personal appointments and events.
Compensation and Benefits:The compensation package for this Hospice Registered Nurse position is competitive and includes:

The ideal candidate will possess:

- Compliance with the company’s COVID-19 vaccination policy, with exemption options available.
Full-time
Medical Specialties:Focus areas include Geriatrics, Home Health, Hospice & Palliative Medicine, and Medical-Surgical care.
Physical Settings:Experience in various environments such as acute care, inpatient facilities, long-term care, nursing homes, outpatient services, and rehabilitation centers is beneficial.
