We are seeking a Per Diem Unit-Based Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at HealthEcareers - Client. As a Per Diem LPN, you will provide high-quality patient care and support to our patients and families.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care and support to patients and families in a unit-based setting.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians and other healthcare professionals.
- Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes or concerns to the healthcare team.
- Participate in unit-based quality improvement initiatives and contribute to a culture of safety and excellence.
Requirements:
- Current licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the state of practice.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
