About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Radiation Therapist to join our team at Dignity Health - Northridge Hospital Medical Center. As a Radiation Therapist, you will play a critical role in administering prescribed radiation treatments to patients diagnosed with cancer.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate radiation therapy equipment, such as Linear Accelerators (LINACs), to deliver precise and safe treatments to patients.
  • Collaborate with oncologists and medical physicists to ensure accurate treatment delivery, patient positioning, and safety protocols.
  • Conduct patient assessments, develop treatment plans, maintain accurate records, and ensure equipment functionality and safety.

Requirements
  • Minimum 1 year of Radiation Therapy experience required.
  • AHA BLS certification required.
  • American Registry of Radiologic Technology certification and California License in Radiation Therapy and California Fluoroscopy License required.
  • Maintain current Fire Safety cards.
