About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Radiation Therapist to join our dynamic Radiation Oncology team at Northridge Hospital Medical Center, part of CommonSpirit Health.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate radiation therapy equipment, such as Linear Accelerators (LINACs), to administer prescribed radiation treatments to patients diagnosed with cancer.
  • Collaborate with oncologists and medical physicists to ensure accurate treatment delivery, patient positioning, and safety protocols.
  • Patient assessment, treatment planning, maintaining records, and ensuring equipment functionality and safety.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of Radiation Therapy experience required.
  • AHA BLS certification required.
  • American Registry of Radiologic Technology California License in Radiation Therapy and California Fluoroscopy License required.
  • Must maintain current Fire Safety cards.

This position is represented by SEIU-UHW and is covered by the terms and conditions of the applicable collective bargaining agreement.
