Position Overview:
The Clinical Services Registered Nurse (RN) for Phase I Trials is responsible for providing comprehensive nursing care to patients participating in clinical research studies. This role requires a strong foundation in nursing principles and practices, ensuring that patient needs are met effectively and compassionately.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Assess, implement, and evaluate patient care under the supervision of a licensed physician.
2. Utilize the nursing process to collaborate with patients, their families, and the healthcare team to tailor care plans.
3. Supervise nursing support staff in delivering patient care in accordance with established nursing standards and departmental policies.

Qualifications:
Education:
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program (Required)
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (Required)

Experience:
- Required: Experience in infusion therapy
- Preferred: Minimum of 2 years in a clinical specialty area

Licenses/Certifications:
- RN-LIC - Pennsylvania Registered Nurse License (Required)
- BLS - Basic Life Support Certification (Required)
