We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to lead the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics. This role requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a keen eye for detail.

About the Role:

This position involves collaborating with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, developing detailed project plans, and identifying system and process gaps. The successful candidate will work closely with technical teams to validate system configurations and ensure alignment with organizational requirements.

Responsibilities:

  • Stakeholder engagement: Collaborate with distributors, internal teams, and vendors to gather and analyze business requirements for the MS Dynamics rollout.
  • Project development: Develop detailed project plans, process flows, and documentation to support the successful deployment of MS Dynamics.
  • GAP analysis: Identify and address system and process gaps, ensuring comprehensive solutions are implemented to meet business needs.
  • Team collaboration: Act as a liaison between business units and IT teams, facilitating clear and effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Risk management: Monitor project progress, proactively identify risks, and escalate issues to appropriate stakeholders as needed.
  • User acceptance testing: Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT), provide training materials, and support end-users to ensure a smooth transition.
  • Process enhancement: Continuously assess and improve processes, contributing to the overall success of the MS Dynamics initiative.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 5-7 years of proven experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on software implementation and business process improvement projects.
  • Technical expertise: Hands-on experience working on Microsoft Dynamics initiatives, including system implementations, upgrades, or process optimizations.
  • Analytical skills: Strong ability to identify gaps in processes, systems, or requirements and develop actionable strategies to address them.
  • Project management: Highly organized, self-driven, and capable of managing multiple priorities with minimal supervision.
  • Problem-solving: Adept at escalating challenges effectively while maintaining a solutions-oriented approach.
  • Communication: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
