The perfect candidate will be computer-savvy, maintain a professional demeanor, and exhibit strong organizational skills. Excellent communication abilities and a collaborative spirit are essential, along with a proactive attitude. We value individuals who demonstrate energy and initiative, and who can work independently.
Preference will be given to those who hold certifications in Public Housing Management and possess relevant property management experience.
This position offers full-time hours, with a standard workweek and comprehensive benefits. There may be occasional requirements for after-hours communication or problem resolution.
All applicants will undergo a thorough screening process, including background checks, drug testing, and driving record evaluations. A valid driver's license and the capacity to lift up to 20 lbs are necessary for this role.
